Please register for the CFC Convention using the form below.
Please register by June 1st
There are no fees for delegates
Delegates will be provided dinner Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and hotel for Friday and Saturday night - based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available for $40 extra per night.
Observers are welcome, but must pay a $120 registration fee
(Based on double occupancy - $200 for single) and are not allowed to speak or vote during Plenary sessions. A limited number of scholarships for observers are available.
Cancellations
for delegates or observers after June 15th will be charged $100
Each group is eligible to send:
- If your group has less than 10 members, you may send observers but no delegates.
- If your group has between 10 and 19 members, you may send 2 delegates to the convention.
- If your group has between 20 and 29 members, you may send 3 delegates to the convention.
- If your group has 30 or more members, you may send 4 delegates to the convention.
Each delegate must fill out his or her own registration form
