Join us to tell your legislators that Arkansas needs better energy and water policies for our economy, our people and our environment!
Lobby Day Agenda
7:30am - Breakfast with your legislators. Talk about the issues over eggs and coffee at the Capitol Hill Building.
9:00am - Attend hearings of key committees at the legislature to see how the process works.
11:30am Lunch with environmental leaders at the Ark. Education Association. Program will include updates by alternative energy advocates and the Arkansas’s Water Future Coalition, and a summary of new reports on natural gas drilling impacts in the Fayetteville Shale.
1:30pm - Tour the Capitol and attend the meetings of the Arkansas House and Senate. We'll help you find your legislators that you may have missed at breakfast so you can make sure they know what you think of the issues.
2:30pm - Adjourn
Lawmakers need to hear from YOU! Come for part or all of the day. The Arkansas Legislature is your government. You can make a difference.
