Join us for the Northwest Arkansas legislative breakfast and lobby day Tuesday, February 3.
Lobby Day Agenda
7:30 - 9:00 am - Breakfast with legislators - we will feed you and your legislators so you can meet them and talk about the issues.
9:00 - 11:30 am - Attend committee hearings relevant to your interests
11:30 - 1:00 pm - Lunch - get updates on our progress on various issues
1:00 - 2:30 pm - Lobby your legislators and see the Arkansas legislature in session
You’ll have an opportunity to see your Legislature in action, make a difference and meet a lot of great folks working to make our state better! Help support legislation for global warming, better schools, better health care, economic development and more.
Tuesday committees are usually: Joint Budget; Senate State Agencies; House Public Health and Labor; Senate Insurance and Commerce; House Revenue and Tax; House Education; House Judiciary; Senate Agriculture and Economic Development.
We may be able to help with housing arrangements the night before.
