Youth Summit and Lobby Day - March 18 and 19

Join us March 18 and 19 for a Youth Summit and Lobby Day at the State Capitol!

Please note: the Youth Summit location has changed. It will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Little Rock.

Please RSVP to brett@arpanel.org with the following information:

• Will you attend the March 18th Summit?
• Will you attend the March 19th Lobby Day?
• Do you need help with lodging March 18th?
• Release form - if you are under 18, you must have a signed release form to participate, as well as an accompanying adult.

Network with other students and youth, develop strategies for organizing and lobbying.

Youth Summit Agenda: March 18 at First Presbyterian Church, 800 Scott, Little Rock.

3:00pm    Brainstorming session to develop common issues

4:00pm    Workshops in organizing and lobbying

6:00pm    Dinner/Overview of CFC Agenda

7:00pm    Networking, Building Coalitions, and Strategizing for the next day

7:30am    Breakfast

9:00am    Attend committee hearings of the legislature to see how the process works.  

11:30am    Lunch (details to be determined)

1:00pm     Press Conference on the DREAM Act

1:30pm     Lobby individual legislators

2:30pm    Adjourn
